Have you ever had plastic or elective surgery? Did you tell anyone? Why or why not?

What the hell kind of question is this? I mean does Six apart really expect a majority of their users to have had plastic surgery? Maybe I am just not a typical vox user, but If I don't plan on ever setting my foot inside a plastic surgeon's office.
On a different note. I can hear thunder while I am in the office at my work, which is an old bomb shelter. I guess the shelter part isn't so much to block out the sound as the radiation which I am sure that all of the lcd screens around me provide me with enough to make it all futile.
